Dwarven Archer:

Stage 2: Win 30 PvE battles (No PvP battles like Fight Pit, War, etc) using Dwarven Archer without her white skill.

Stage 3: Sacrifice 10 Dwarven Archer's Lifting Belts

Update Balance Changes

I am incredibly late on this.... I'm very sorry. I've been wrapped up in my other works, so I haven't been able to do much on this blog. I will bring it back up tomorrow!

Known non-reported balance changes (To my knowledge):

Vile Bile: Damage increased for all skills. Skills now scale with skill power rather than skill level.

Frost Giant: Heavily increased tenacity boost to his purple skill, which grants tenacity to all allies.

Dark Horse: His shield is now affected by skill power.

Plague Mogul: His purple skill which grants extra toxic damage to all allies is now affected by basic damage.

Bugs: Skeleton King's legendary scales with skill power, yet shows blue indicating that it relies on skill level. It does not.
