Hero Concept: Running Rapier

I’m no artist. I can only just describe the concept art.
I get that this may be overly excessive, but I enjoy letting my mind run wild.

Running Rapier

(Idle Animation: Stomps his feet, one foot by the other. 2 stomps a second.)

Front-line damage hero and an interrupter. Dazes, staggers, and blinds foes, reducing their accuracy while also reducing their dodge. Can heal and grant himself energy with a bottle of wine and gain dodge every few seconds.

White Skill: Thrust Rush

Swiftly thrusts his rapier forward, dealing X physical damage while staggering and dazing all foes in front of him for 3 seconds. Guaranteed to stagger and daze foes level Y or lower (Dazed foes have their accuracy and dodge lowered by 25%). He gains a buff that grants him a 10% attack speed bonus for every foe dazed. The buff lasts 7 seconds.

  • X = 75 + basic damage x 150% + 20 x skill level
  • Y = Skill Level

Green Skill: Flurry Flash

Instantly speeds through the enemy team, blinding the battlefield with a burst of light and dealing X true damage to all foes hit. Enemy heroes are staggered and blinded for 3 seconds. Ally heroes are blinded for 2 seconds. Guaranteed to stagger and blind foes or allies level Y or lower.

  • X = 50 + basic damage x 120% + 15 x skill level
  • Y = Skill Level

Blue Skill: Quick Refresh

Grabs the bottle of wine out of his pocket and splashes it on his face, granting him X amount of health and Y energy.

  • X = 1,500 + skill power x 150% + 100 x skill level
  • Y = 10 + 2 x skill level

His quick observations and skilled swordsmanship grant him X amount of dodge every 10 seconds.
  • X = 5 + 0.20 x skill level
Orange (Legendary Skill): Concussive Cleave

A month of training granted him the ability to cleave through all enemies within his melee range. Every basic attack landed now inflicts daze and a 50% chance to either blind or silence foes.

Stage 1: “Memory Die” - Sacrifice 200 Artifacts of Unimaginable Power.

Stage 2: “Bad Guy Bash” - Defeat Invokus Stage 3 using Running Rapier.

Quest Dialogue:
There are rumors that Invokus has been running wild again.” - Running Rapier
I remember that I always used to beat up bad guys with my old chap.” - Running Rapier
Well I’m gonna go kick some bad guy butt then!” - Running Rapier

Stage 3: “Dazing Doozy” - Daze 100 foes using Running Rapier in one day. Only counts if you win.

Quest Dialogue:
What an invigorating fight.” - Running Rapier
But not invigorating enough!” - Running Rapier
In order for me to really feel the battle jitters, I’d say I’d need to daze about… 100 enemies.” - Running Rapier
